Do you want to hear first hand from ALM professionals who have taken control of their career to support their own development and progress?  Join ALMA for an in-person networking event on Wednesday 25th Marchfrom 6pm (for 6.15pm start) at Etc Venues, Monument, London, EC3M 1AE.

Ian Latus from YBS and others will share their personal journeys and reflect on how taking part in a careers initiative, designed for individuals from a range of socio-economic backgrounds, played a key role in supporting and accelerating their career progression.

Stephanie McLoughlin (Lloyds and ALMA Board member) and John Thompson (Independent Consultant) will follow, with a fireside chat to reflect on the mutual value of their mentee/mentor relationship, the difference between mentoring, coaching and sponsorship and how each can support career development. 

This event is open to ALMA members at all career stages who are keen to hear practical tips in progressing their own careers and, for more seasoned Treasury professionals, supporting people in their teams.  Sessions will be followed by drinks and canapés giving you a chance to network with other ALMA members.
